It’s also best to avoid caffeine before your appointment, as it can make your eyes flutter and make the process less comfortable. Nicole will always cleanse the area before starting, but arriving with clean lashes helps save time and ensures every minute of your appointment is spent perfecting your set rather than removing residue. You should wear something comfy as it's a perfect time to take a nap.
