Deposits

A 30% deposit is required for all service appointments.

NV Lash members are exempt from deposit payments for their eyelash bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, the deposit will be applied to your future booking.

If rescheduling is not possible, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.

Clients who miss their appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be required to pay the full amount to secure future bookings.
Your Appointment

All appointments must be booked through Vagaro. [Book here].

Your appointment slot will be held for up to 20 minutes. If you are running late, please inform your technician as soon as possible. They will do their best to accommodate you, but after 20 minutes, the technician reserves the right to cancel the appointment without issuing a refund.
NV Lash Memberships

Memberships operate on a rolling 4-week cycle and can be cancelled at any time with written notice.

Unused treatments do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for membership payments.

No deposit is required for booking appointments under the membership, but a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment.

Membership benefits can only be redeemed while the membership is active.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Refunds

All treatments are non-refundable.
Payment

Payment options include cash, bank transfer, or card. Cash is preferred.
Lash Infills

Infills can only be booked within 3 weeks of your last appointment. After 3 weeks, a full set appointment is required.
PMU Top-Up

It is the client’s responsibility to book their top-up appointment in a timely manner. Late bookings may incur additional costs.

Follow aftercare instructions carefully. Additional sessions may be required if aftercare is not followed properly.
